A life long resident of Chillicothe, Ron entered the Real Estate business in 1975 and opened his own office in 1978. He is a graduate of Rio Grande College with a degree in education and taught upper elementary Social Studies for 6 years. Ron was a school board member for 12 years and is active in community clubs and services. He enjoys all types of sports, presidential history, travel and spending time with family and friends. Ron and his wife, Patty, have two children and two grandchildren.

Lon has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1982 and joined Ron Neff Real Estate in 1988. He became General Manager in 1989. He has lived in Chillicothe all his life and is well acquainted with the local housing market and economy. Lon attended Ohio University-Chillicothe and received his Real Estate licensing education from Sawyer College in Dayton. Lon has two sons and is expecting his first grandchild. He enjoys sports, hunting, music, and spending time with friends and family.
